Bowspring alignment is a system that aims to create structural tensegrity by using the strength of the back body while maintaining a toned and engaged front body. This circumferential engagement coupled with key alignments in the pelvis, core, heart and throat create incredible lightness and zeal.
For over a decade Lucas has extensively studied film, theatre and movement. Since discovering yoga he was ignited with a passion for radical transformation. Lucas has been a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level – RYT200 with Yoga Alliance since 2010 and a certified Anusara-Inspired™ yoga instructor since 2012. He received his training from E-RYT500 teachers Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, Jonas Westring and Shelley Tomczyk. Lucas maintains that through cultivating a disciplined yoga practice we invoke the fullest potential of the human body in relation to the absolute.
